UK CUSTOMERS:
All items are made to order, so can take up to Ten Working Days (two weeks) to dispatch - but if you need anything sooner, just let us know! All items are normally sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour post, or appropriate courier for larger parcels. if you need your item in a but of a hurry, just let us know when you need it for (and give us a few days to make it!) and we can prioritise it through production.
If you're in a real hurry, then Priority Delivery is available for an additional £6.50 PER ORDER, rather than per item - but again, do let us know when you need your order for, and ideally email us before ordering to ensure we can make your order in time.
Outside the UK? Read on!
Please also be aware that items shipped outside of the UK may on some occasions be inspected by your customs service and as such may be liable to a customs charge and delay delivery. Please note these are guides only.
USA CUSTOMERS - UPDATED
Simply select the "USA" option from the drop-down menu in the "Select Shipping" section of the cart. Shipping to the USA varies and usually takes around a week after dispatch. Due to recent changes in US Government policy, we now regrettably have to charge more for shipping to you. Your government has imposed tariffs on anything you purchase from overseas, even beautiful handmade gothic clothing... (I know, seriously??!!) and in order to avoid you having parcels held at customs, our postal service is incorporating the tariff charges upfront, so you won't get any nasty import charges upon receiving your clothes.
This means you'll be paying roughly ten percent more for your clothes than before. We so wish this was not the case, but this is totally out of our control.
Our checkout has now been updated to reflect these changes.
We'll also need your phone number, as US customs now require one for imports.
EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS
Yes, we're still shipping to the EU and will never stop!!! Simply select the "Europe" option from the drop-down menu in the "Select Shipping" section of the cart. Shipping to Europe varies between 2 days and a week after dispatch; as a rough guide, the closer you are to the UK, the quicker it will be - France, Germany, Belgium, Holland and Denmark usually take 2 to 3 days; Spain, Portugal, Norway, Sweden, Italy and Austria around 4 to 5 days; and the rest of Europe around a week. The Republic of Ireland can vary from anything from 2 to 7 days!
AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS
As above, just select your dropdown category. Shipping is normally a week, but Customs can delay things.
CANADA and WORLDWIDE CUSTOMERS
Select the "Rest of World" option from the drop-down menu in the "Select Shipping" section of the cart. Most countries take around a week, but again customs can delay things.
