Ignore our standard "ten working days" guideline, we're working round the clock to make sure you get your clothes in time!
There are several ways you can order:
1) You can use our new shopping cart!
2) Simply email us your requirements, and let us know the information listed below - we'll get back to you with an order confirmation, and can discuss any specific requirements you have.
3) You can also pay by instalments for any item; if you wish to do so - just ask us! :D

GENERAL ORDERING INFORMATION
Postage & Packing within the UK is included in ALL prices shown; rates for overseas ordering are very reasonable and vary according to destination and weight of the order; email us for a price or refer to the tables at the bottom of each item page.
We can accept payment by Cheque (payable to SARAH EDDY), Postal Order (again Payable to Sarah Eddy) or well concealed cash, ideally sent by registered delivery. For Overseas orders, we can accept International Money Orders in UK Pounds Sterling or cash in Sterling.

We can also accept payment by PAYPAL - you can pay by most major Debit or Credit Cards this way. Visit www.paypal.com to find out more. We can send Paypal Invoices to our customers, so if you want to pay this way - let us know and we’ll send you an Invoice. You do NOT need to sign up for a Paypal account to pay this way.
If you wish to pay in instalments, please let us know and we can send you a paypal invoice for this :)
Also, for UK customers, we can now accept instant Credit or Debit Card Payment via NOCHEX. Our NOCHEX email account address is email@example.com should you wish to purchase anything!
We aim to dispatch all orders within Ten Working Days of receipt of Payment; please note that each and every garment is handmade which does take time! We want your clothes to be the best that we can make them after all! :o)
We will need to know your height if ordering skirts, dresses or gowns - they are based on an average height of 5’7”, so if you wanted anything shorter or longer (though there may be a charge to cover additional fabric costs) then let us know.
We make standard sized garments to the measurements shown on our size chart; if your measurements differ to any degree from the sizes on our chart, then we can easily make to fit your measurements, although please note that garments made to your specific measurements are non-returnable except in the case of machining/fabric faults. You will ALWAYS get the best fit if you let us know your measurements!
Please note that we ONLY accept returns via prior arrangement.
