Made from contrasting shades of gorgeous crushed velvet, the Celtia Top has a band of contrast velvet over the bust, which goes all the way around the back of the top; and the sleeves have contrast bands too!!! Weeeeeee!
Then the lower cuffs flare out gently; perfect for when you don't want long maiden sleeves a'dangling in your mead! :o)
