This is the spooky ELVENWRAITH SKIRT!
It's made from floaty crepe fabric, with a velvet elasticated waist. It's a really full skirt which falls beautifully; being made from ten seperate panels which each end in a point.
It's shown here in White, for a really Elven / Faerie look; but it would also make a great ultra goth skirt in Black! :o)
