This is such a cute little skirt, with two layers of Forsaken-syle net underneath the velvet. As you can see, the net is slightly longer than the velvet; and the velvet itself is gathered at the elasticated waistband.
In the pic on the second page, you can see a sneaky preview of the forthcoming stretch cotton and cobweb leggings, which look really great with the skirt!
