The Samhain Skirt is so simple but beautiful; and there's just SO much fabric in this skirt, you won't believe it until you own one! It's lined with shimmering satin (LOTS of satin), and topped with four layers of double-width net (twice as much as on our Vampire Tutu) to give the skirt that elegant swish.
It has an elasticated waistband, and is shown here in Black and Purple.
