Here's the new MERMAIDEN SKIRT - a wonderous combination of velvet, fishnet and moondust net!
With an elasticated waist, this ethereal skirt is really floaty and elvenish (words you just don't see high street manufacturers using!)
The waist area is made from Black Velvet (though you could choose another colour if you wanted) - the back is longer than the front, trailing nearly to the ground; and the sides of the skirt are joined by Ribbon Ties (like on our Lace Tie Side Skirt) - then there are the floaty wisps of fishnet and sparkly moondust net, which cover both front and back of the skirt.
