Our FAERIE PRIESTESS FISHTAIL SKIRT has an elasticated waistband, and is made from crushed velvet... the centre panels are shown above in Black velvet.
The side panels are shown above in Sapphire Blue velvet; and they have lovely black corded ties from top to bottom!
