Made from crushed velvet, with an elasticated waistband, it's trimmed around it's centre with yummy black lace, and at the the sides with frisky lace bows! It's shown here in Sapphire Blue velvet; please note that the lace only comes in Black!
Perfect with big stompy boots and fishnets! :o)
