Wow!  This skirt is half velvet, and half black moondust net!

It has an elasticated waistband.  The bottom half of the skirt is made from black net, which has tiny little sparkly diamantes attached!

The hemline is shaped into points, and it looks great on!!!  

The net is shown in Black; but is also available in White - let us know if you'd prefer this!
