Here's our ultra cute SELVARIA MINI SKIRT!
It's gathered at the waist, and like the longer version has loads of little rouches all over it! There are two layers of net, and a lining, which makes the skirt really full and fun! It has an elasticated waistband, and is shown here in Claret!
