This is our dramatic, swirly Hecate MIni - there's lots and lots of fabric in this skirt - there's a brocade center panel at front and back, and wide, bias cut crushed velvet side panels that help to give this skirt it's massive hemline. Then, just to make the hem even more wonderfully swishy, we've added contrast velvet inserts; you can see the skirt here in Black and Fluo Pink.
It has an elasticated waistband, and is available in all of our normal velvet shades; please note however that the brocade panels are only available in Black.
