This is our rather lovely MERELVEN SKIRT!
There's a lot of fabric in this stunning little mini skirt; a lower layer of bias cut velvet, ending in points; with an overlayer of bias cut fishnet, falling in alternate points. It's all attached to a 'circular' waistband, meaning the whole skirt falls beautifully.
The waist is elasticated, and it's available in all of our usual velvet shades; though the fishnet only comes in black.
