Here's a tutu with a twist - we've worked our faery magic on it, to come up with this uber-cute litter skirt!
With an elasticated waist, the tutu has two layers of net (one of black, one of contrast colour) and is then finished with a pointy bias-cut cotton over-skirt, which looks great as you can see in the pictures!
It's shown here in Black and Green.
