Oh I love this one, it's velvet, and has the decarlo side gathered panels down the side, in a contrasting colour. Then of course our fishtail is attached so you can have a good swish about!
It's has an elasticated waist, and is shown here in Black and Wine; and is of course available in all of our usual velvet shades!
