This is our stunning new SATIN TUTU MINI DRESS!
It's made, of course, from yummy crushed velvet - with a satin tutu skirt! The tutu has a net under-layer; whilst on the bust is a contrasting velvet cross!
The sleeves are daringly different - the cuffs fasten over your fingers with a lace loop; and the sleeves join the body of the dress under the arm only - leaving the top of your arms exposed - ideal for showing off your tattoos! :o)
