Based on a gown worn (and much admired by us!) in the brilliant 1940's ghostly comedy film "Blythe Spirit", our gown pays homage to that worn by the spectral Elvira (NO, not THAT Elvira!)
The velvet upper part of the gown is gathered from the shoulder to over the bust, with a plunging neckline. The lower part of the gown then falls elegantly down and down!
The billowing MoonDust net sleeves end in a velvet cuff... and not forgetting of course, the flowing net drapes that hang from both shoulders - great for dangling spookily, or equally impressive when held in the hand to make a point!
A truly haunting gown!
Please note - the moondust sleeves and drapes are shown above in Black; however we can also make them in white - let us know if you want this when ordering!
